SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • We aim to ship all orders out as soon as possible. Order processing takes approximately 1-2 business days & an additional 3-5 business days for domestic shipping. Orders may take longer during sales, for hand altered pieces and during unforeseen weather conditions.

  • We ship orders every working day, except holidays.

  • We ship our orders through USPS using priority mail, shipping prices are calculated at checkout. 

​

  • Once orders have been scanned & shipped, USPS receives responsibility of shipping. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during transit. Therefore if you have any issues with the delivery of an order, please contact USPS to put a claim in for your order using their provided service line : 1-800-275-8777.

  • We currently do not ship internationally & only offer domestic shipping. Although we do not currently offer international shipping we are always working on other methods to reach all of our potential fashion friends. 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final

  • Due to each item being one of one in our inventory, no refunds or returns are accepted. Items are vintage and may have imperfections not limited to stains, tearing or missing buttons & all of which will be best noted in each item's description. We do our best to make sure each item fits our quality standards.
