It’s weight makes it lay easy on the skin while the spandex gives it just the stretch it needs to hug the body. “Sparkles” are very small shiny dots so material will not cause any transfer or leave any sparkly residue. Straps are adjustable and bust area does have a shelf bra for easy support.
